We warmly welcome you to Let’s Face It; a modern beauty salon offering a wide range of treatments and products to suit your needs in the heart of Odiham. We are passionately committed to making your visit an amazing experience; we are on hand to make you feel on top of the world. Our treatment rooms and ambience is sophisticated, warm, relaxing and tranquil making it an ideal environment to come and be looked after.

All our therapists are highly trained and talented and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service and ultimate experience. All of our services use high quality products which guarantees you will receive treatments which are a cut above the rest; we offer the very best in beauty treatment products including Environ, Jane Iredale, Advanced Nutrition Programme, CACI, Fusion Meso Therapy, Comfort Zone, CND Shellac and OPI.

The hours on our contact page are our usual hours available for appointments but we cannot always answer the door in these times. We generally have reception cover 9-5 (other than lunch time) but if you want a gift voucher or to pick up a product please ring ahead to make sure we will be around to help you. Thank you.

Whats New?


We hope you and your family and friends are safe and well.

We are pleased to let you know that we will be open for business again on Monday 13th July.

Making an appointment

To help with social distancing, please preferably email us, as we may not have reception cover and it is easier for us to have your information on an email or phone us if you want to make an appointment – please don’t come into the salon.

We will be asking for you to pay for your appointment when you book to make sure there is less time in reception and to make sure we have time to clean everything down in between clients.
Until we can get to grips with all the changes in our working world we’re afraid we won’t be offering any appointments under three quarters of an hour in total when we start. We’re sure you'll understand with all the changes, PPE and time taken for cleaning in between clients we have got to make it cost effective for us (hopefully without increasing our prices). We hope that as we get to grips with the way the salon runs we will be able to make changes.

Please bear with us as we try to get everyone booked in. We will also be operating a cancellation and waiting list.

We are not able to offer the following treatments at the moment

  • Face waxing
  • Facial treatments
  • Advanced facials
  • Eyelash treatments
  • Make-up application
  • Needling
  • Electrolysis on the face
  • Eyebrow treatments
However, we will keep you informed on any updates.

Extra health & safety measures we are taking:
  • We will be sending an email with our COVID 19 questionnaire and new procedures 2 days before your appointment. This needs to be completed as soon as you can, if it isn’t we will not be able to do your appointment…sorry.
  • Please come alone as no one is allowed to wait in the salon
  • We would like you to wear a mask so please bring your own
  • Our team will greet you without close contact (no handshakes, hugs etc.), sadly!
  • On arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitiser. We will provide these facilities.
  • Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bin after use. Sanitize or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.
  • There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients.
  • We are unable to use our duvets etc for comfort, so if you feel you may get cold, please bring in a CLEAN blanket or covering of your own.
  • We are also unable to offer you any drinks, so again please bring in your own if you want one.
  • Team members will be sanitizing all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly.
  • Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments.
  • We ask you not to touch any of our retail products, we will get them for you.
  • If you decide you need products or we have done anything extra, please pay with a card (preferably contactless) where possible instead of cash.
  • If you would like to tip your therapist, please bring cash in an envelope.

    I'm Vikki and I opened Let's Face It in 1989. I have a passion for delivering great treatments with top quality products in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I specialise in skin care and I enjoy training the girls in the salon to be the best and enjoy their chosen profession and sourcing the best products and treatments I can find for the salon.

    I'm Amy, I have been working at Let's Face It since 2001 and I am the salon manager. I enjoy all aspects of my job as I love taking care of people. I do most of the treatments we offer but my favourites are CACI, Fusion Meso Pen and nails, especially when it's time for glitter!

    I’m Gemma, I joined Let's Face It in 2007. I specialise in Jane Iredale Make-Up, it's a really lovely range of make-up and it's pure mineral make-up which is good for your skin too! I offer one-to-one make-up lessons, advising on application techniques and colours to suit you. Great for a special occasion or to update your make-up bag. I'm often on reception and always happy to help advise you on any treatments or products, so if you have any queries pop into the salon or if it's easier you can call or email me.

    I'm Lauren, I joined the team at Let's Face It in 2015.I love everything about my job and making your experience in the salon the best it can be! Since I satrted I have completed my Environ, ESPA, Jane Iredale, Comfort Zone, CACI and Fusion Meso Therapy training, which I especially enjoy working with.

    I’m Di I joined the team in 2016 to cover reception on a Saturday morning. I am now working 9am – 5pm on a Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and love chatting to our lovely clients and booking their appointments in for them. I have been learning more & more about the treatments we do and also the products we use … Environ and Comfort Zone.

    Why do I keep going back after 20 years?

    It’s not just a treatment – it’s an experience.

    The passion that emanates from the team at LFI is evident the moment you walk through the door.

    There’s a warm glow/ambiance about the environment which is supported by the caring nature of the entire team.

    I’ve been fortunate over time to have been treated by all the team and each one has a different skill but can cover for another colleague.

    Vikki Kearns is the leading light in the team – she’s so passionate about the products (Environ) and you cannot help but find this professional passion, contagious.

    Five years ago, I had a personal upset within my family – I decided to cheer myself up and popped in for a simple nail treatment – Vikki and I started chatting and from that one conversation, some five years later, I am genuinely a new and different person.

    Vikki talked about my situation, we discussed how I was feeling inside and this was very clear and evident from the outside – sad looking completion, dull, uninteresting and frankly – old and wrinkled!

    Now, five years down the road as I approach 60 – I am a new person and this is totally attributed to the care shown by Vikki and her team.

    The products are wonderful but remember, this is not a ‘quick fix’ salon – indeed, it’s not any old salon either.

    LFI is a way of life, you step over the threshold and you embrace their desire to help you look good and feel good.

    Trust me – the dedication to Clients, the passion for the product cannot be found anywhere else and I’ve been to many salons over the years.

    Finally – we laugh – we laugh a great deal and share the ups and downs.

    Stepping back into the big wide world after a treatment, no matter the duration, makes me able to tackle the day or week ahead.
